What we hold.
What we owe.

Every number on this page is read straight from the live Parabol² contracts, every 30 seconds. The contracts refuse any buy that would break the limits below.

Vaults hold
—USDG and hedge, Bull² and Bear² vaults
Owed right now
—if every trader sold at today's prices

—vaults ÷ owed right now

01 By vault

Two vaults, two rules.

Bear² reserves its worst case: the most every open Bear² token could ever pay is capped by the price floor and must stay under 80% of the vault's cash. Bull² has no fixed cap, so its vault hedges with the stock tokens and limits what it can owe to a share of its value.

02 By market

Owed, limits and room left.

Room is the largest single buy the contract accepts right now. Carry is the daily holding cost, set per market.

03 The rules

Checked on every buy, in the contract.

Bear² · worst case fully reserved
Σ max payout ≤ 80% × vault cash
max payout = tokens × price at the floor

Bull² · hedged, exposure capped
owed per market ≤ 40% × vault value
owed in total ≤ 50% × vault value
vault value = holdings − owed

coverage = vaults hold ÷ owed right now
New buys only while the US market is open. When the exchange is closed, buys pause. Selling keeps working.
Trade sizes are capped. Each market has a maximum per trade, and room shrinks as a vault fills up.
What this doesn't cover.Smart-contract bugs, a USDG depeg, a wrong oracle price, or a Bull² move so large the hedge can't follow. Read the security review.
